1/12 if i am making a cake and use flour,surgar, and eggs, why does the cake have a different properties than each of the ingredients that went into it?

Smart Answer......

The cake has different properties because you mixed all of the ingredients together to make the cake. if you mix any ingredient together with another ingredient then it is always going to be different because the ingredients are not by themselves in their original form.
